KREM Expanding 6pm Newscast

According to my sourse inside the KREM 2 newsroom. Starting in mid September, KREM 2 News at 6pm will expand to one hour weeknights. KREM will join KXLY in broadcasting local news at 6:30pm. Any coincidence that Nadine Wooodward will be making her evening news debut around the same time over on KXLY?

**Update 09/03/11**
The new hour long KREM 2 News at 6pm will debut September 12th.

    I think KREM realizes they f'd-up trying to intimidate Nadine. As a result, Nadine is ironically determining KREM's schedule.

    I think one of our stations should broadcast the news at 5:30. I enjoy watching the local news.
